1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TallySG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TallySG is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to record income, expenses, and savings goals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TallySG is a personal tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice. We make no representations about the accuracy of AI-generated transaction categorisation. Always verify your financial records independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, TallySG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
